Video: May Showers
In mid-May, Nathan Smith, Liberty Mountain's Marketing Director, diehard ice climber and author of Beehive Ice along with Jake Hirschi, Liberty Mountain's Product Manager took advantage of all the rain across the state of Utah. Heading to Utah's Uinta range where the elevation turned the rain into snow, the pair were able to establish the first ascents of a handful of ice climbs. This short video documents one of the climbs completed that day--May Showers (WI4-, Reid's Peak, Uinta Range, Utah).

Video: Ritter Der Kokosnuss - Ines Papert
In this video, Edelweiss athlete Ines Papert is featured as she climbs the first repeat of a mixed winter climb called Ritter der Kokosnuss. This route is located high up on the Breitwangflue at Kandersteg in Switzerland and is rated M12, WI5. This "trad" route is protected with ice screws, pegs, nuts, and cams only.

Video: Desert Ice Trailer

The Pursuit - Aaron Mulkey
Grivel athlete, Aaron Mulkey recently got back from an ice climbing trip in Norway where he and his partners put up some first ascents. The movie trailer below only depicts a smidgen of his adventures in the "land of ice."
